How do we do it?

We will send a slitting professional to your facility to analyze your slitting operation. Since no two production lines are exactly the same we will take dimensional measurements of your slitter/rewinder or production slitting machine and catalog the slight variations in the machines process, we will examine your product's physical characteristics, critque operator performance, identify safety issues and create a profile for each production line. Unlike most consultants whose deliverables are a report, IPL's delivers measurable changes during the course of your project regardless of the age, capabilities or supplier of your converting system.
